Cottage. Probably C18, reroofed in C19. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Hipped red
clay tiled roof with decorative hip finials. Small brick stack to left end and
brick stack at right end.
Originally 1½-room plan, now single room plan, with staircase in rear left-hand
corner, and leantos at each end.
2 storeys. 2-window range C19 2-light casements 3 panes per light above two 9-paned
windows, with timber lintels. Central doorway with hipped clay tiled roof and plank
door with cover strips. 2-light window to right-hand window and double plank doors
with 3-light window above to left-hand leanto.
Flagstone floor to principal room. C19 joinery principally intact.
