Boat builders workshop/sail loft. C19. Timber framed and weatherboarded.
Brick plinth. Grey slate roof, gabled to road. 2 storeys. Double vertically
boarded doors to left with similar doors over to first floor. Right vertically
boarded door. Large transomed 4 light first floor window and 4 light window to
ground floor. Hoist pole to gable. Still in use as a boat building workshop.
