GV II

House. Late C18. Rendered, rusticated end pilasters, parapet with a moulded coping, pantile roof, coped verges, brick
end stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows, stepped voussoirs. Central door opening, 6-panelled door, arched
fanlight, above an open pediment on 2 pilasters and 2 brackets, early C19 flat-roofed glazed porch, a pilaster to each
side of outer door opening, low ornamental cast-iron railings around the roof in the form of a parapet. Low ornamental
wrought-iron railings to forecourt, C20 gate.
