1894 by Reginald Blomfield as part of an estate development. Red
brick, machine-tile hipped roof, rubbed brick and stone
dressings. 2 storeys and attics. Single, 8-window block
imitating late C17 country house. 2 doors in broad, gauged-
brick, arched recesses with stone voussoirs and broken pediments
containing ball-finial motifs. Sash windows, end ones triple-
hung on both floors. 6, hipped sash dormers, double-hung at
ends. Deep, plain eaves.
