Lodge now a house. Early C19. Uncoursed knapped flint with stone quoins
and dressings. Steep hipped red tile roof with toothed tiles. Central
red brick chimney. Small flat roofed rear extension. A single-storey,
small rectangular gate-lodge facing E at start of a drive to Langley
Lodge. Symmetrical front with one window each side and central door.
Square headed 2-light casement windows with moulded wooden frames,
pointed heads to each light and sunk spandrels. 4-centred arched doorway
with carved keystone. Battened door in pointed moulded frame. One
matching window on each end.
