B. Tombstone. 1938 by Sir Edwin Lutyens. To Alice Louisa
Sleath. Slightly tapering limestone pier with Roman lettering
and a stepped top having affront faced carved with winged cherubs
heads surrounding a star. Later inscription to Robert Lutyens
(d. 1972). (Lutyens Arts Council Catalogue, 1971).
