Cottage, now partly in agricultural use. Late C17 with late C19 additions.
Timber framed on brick plinth, with plastered and painted brick infill.
Plain tile roof. Framing: small square panels (3 from sole plate to wall
plate) with long straight tension braces. 2 framed bays. One storey and
attic. Large external brick end stack to east. Two gabled dormers to
south with 2-light wooden casements. Two-window front to south; 2-light
wooden casements. Central boarded door. Collar and tie-beam trusses
in gable ends, with queen struts and V-struts. C19 two-storey brick
addition to rear. Interior of C17 part: timber framed cross wall.
Chamfered ceiling beams.
