Farmhouse. C16 or C17 with probable mid-to-late C19 alterations.
Possibly timber framed, refaced or rebuilt in coursed limestone rubble,
with eaves raised in main range to left; slate roof. T-plan with
gabled cross wing projecting to right. 2 storeys with basement.
Integral brick end-stack to left, C20 external lateral brick stack to
right, and brick end-stack to rear of cross wing. Main range to left
with first floor C19 three-light casement, ground floor C19 two-light
casement and late C20 four-panelled door in angle to right; cross wing
with one 3-light C19 casement on each floor under flat-arched heads and
blocked segmental-arched basement opening.
