Farmhouse, now used as Doctors' surgery with flat above. C16 or C17
with mid-to-late C19 and late C20 alterations. Possibly timber framed,
refaced or rebuilt in coursed limestone rubble (with evidence of limewash
to East), C20 rendering to front, and slate roof. L-plan with gabled
cross wing projecting to left. 2 storeys. Integral lateral C20 stone
stack to left. Main range to right with first floor C20 two-light
casement, ground floor C20 plate-glass window to right and C20 half-
glazed door to left; cross wing to left with first floor C20 two-light
casement and ground floor C20 plate-glass window, first floor 2-light
casement in right-hand return front. Included, despite alteration, on
account of age, shape and position in the town.
