LANGFORD BUDVILLE CP ST12SW HARPFORD 4/36 Harpford Farmhouse 25.1.56 II Farmhouse. Possibly C16 enlarged C17, refenestrated mid C20. Roughcast over random rubble exposed on north and east fronts, slate roof, bitumen covered on south east wing with gable of north-east wing projecting on facade, stone stacks south gable end of main block, between first and second bays right, and external stack south-west gable end. Plan:possibly 2-cell and cross passage enlarged to 3-cell and cross passage facing west, 2-bay south-east wing, north-east addition projecting out on north front. West front: 2 storeys, 3:1 bays, bulge on facade to right of stack with raking buttress below stack, 4-light casements, entrance second bay left, moulded surround to squarehead doorway masked by 2-bay C20 glazed verandah, end bay right unlit on facade; right return remains of two 4-light ovolo moulded mullioned windows ground floor gable end and in projecting wing, 2-light above. Interior not seen.
