Vicarage, now house. c.1830. Colourwashed red brick; slate hipped roof with lead
ridges; central brick ridge stack. Garden front: 2 storeys; 3-window range.
Central blind recessed panel. Glazed double-leaf doors to left and right. Brick
band between ground and first floors. Central blind recessed panel to first
floor. Paired 8-pane sashes to left and right. Interior: Open well staircase
with Doric column screen to hall. Original marble fireplaces to study and
sitting room on ground floor. Attached former servants wing now converted to
house. Built c.1830 at the expense of William IV for his son, Lord Augustus
Fitzclarence.
