GV II
House. C16-C17. Timber framed and plastered, thatched roof. 3 cells. 1½
storeys. Windows mainly small-paned casements; a C19 mullioned window to
right. 3 gabled dormers, each with a 3-light window with horizontal glazing
bars. Gable of central dormer has plasterwork dated 1728 with initials 'M'
over 'PE', all within a square panel. Stack has rebuilt shaft. One-storey
plastered addition on left gable end, also thatched. Recessed mid C20 doorway
in right gable end. Weatherboarded workshop attached to rear. Interior not
examined.
