Cottage. C17. Flint with brick quoins and some lacing and
panelling, concealing timber frame. Thatched roof. 1-storey and
attic, 2 bays with added C18 bay to left. Entrance to outshut to
added bay. Elevation with 50mm brick quoins and centre decorative
panelling in later brick. C20 paned casement windows. Thatch
swept over 2 dormers and drawn down over outshut to added bay.
Gable stack. A date of 1646 is recorded as being on the building.
Interior has heavy chamfered spine beams and exposed joists.
Timber framed partition between bays. Chamfered fire beam.
