Farmhouse with attached barn and cottage, now all one. House probably mid C18,
divided into 2 early C19, cottage added late C18. Coursed squared stone, stone slate
roof. 2-storey, 2-bay house with 3-bay barn to right and 2-storey cottage with 2 lst-
floor windows on left. Openings have plain stone surrounds, windows with flat-faced
mullions. House: quoins to left; original door on left, later door to right end; to
each floor of each bay a 2-light window (formerly with more mullions); central ridge
stack. Barn: central cart entry with monolithic lintel; C20 garage attached not of
interest: Cottage: door, now window, on left with 3-light window to right, and a
2-light and 3-light window above; ridge stack. Rear: house has two 4-light windows to
each floor, those to right bay now 2-light. Cottage has 3-light window to left of
door.
