Farmhouse. 1709. Coursed and dressed rubble stone, long and short
quoin blocks, flat band above arches of ground floor windows, swept
slate hipped roof with well, wooden coved eaves. Square range.
2 storeys and attic. 5 windows, wood mullion and transom
casements, rubble stone voussoirs. 2 hipped dormers. Central
doorcase with bolection moulded architrave and pulvinated frieze.
Interior: much surviving joinery including fine panelled room to
rear. Lower wing to right not included. Garden wall - coursed
rubble stone, 4 piers along front face with stone pineapple finials
and iron railings and gates between, with stone bridge over stream
in front with 2 low piers with pyramidal finials.
