Dwelling, formerly farmhouse. C16/17. Variously rubble, rendered rubble
(east) and painted brick (west), Welsh slate roof. L-shaped block: original
house parallel with Lane, long low wing added C19 facing west. Two stacks
at back of early wing. Front to Lane in two parts, hipped two-storey one-
windowed left, gabled two storey one-windowed slightly set back, and retained
to three-storey gable. Windows 3-light to ground floor, 2-light first floor
wood mullioned. Door, left of centre 4-panel but now blocked within. Gable
to east two 4-light and one 2-light mullioned casements; at first floor ovolo
moulded, timber. Interior: various heavy chamfered beams and joists and roof
structure, large open fire with heavy bressummer. New entrance in return
wing. Alteration works in progress at time of survey.
