House; early to mid Cl9; red brick, Flemish-bond, slate roof.
2-room deep, 2-storey; symmetrical rectangular block with central
chimney, hipped roof. Main facade 3 sash windows, each 4-pane
wide; slightly cambered heads with rubbed brick voussoirs; stone
sills. 6-panelled front door in centre, elliptical head to
fanlight; cast-iron brackets support sheet-metal hood. Boarded
wide eaves to roof. Chimney set slightly behind ridge. Left
return two windows. Rear wall of rubble stone.
