Detached dwelling. Early C19. Rendered and ashlared and with plain pilaster strips,
hipped Welsh slate roof swept down at back, 2 brick end stacks. Two storeys, 3-
windowed, 16-pane sashes all to stone cills and to stone lintels with marked on
voussoirs continuing as 'ears' beyond the openings; central window to first floor
a round-headed sash with Y-tracery over 9-panes, central arched door 4-panel moulded
under simple fanlight.
