Dwelling. Mid C19. Roughcast, slate roof, stone gable stacks to wide-span roof.
Two storeys, 2-windowed, 16-pane sashes set to single stone lintels with marked-on
voussoirs and long over-run, central 4-panel door part glazed in C20 glazed porch.
Full width of site spear-head railings on dwarf wall with sandstone coping, return
walls c 1.5 metres high to square copings run to face of building, C20 gate set
to pair of single stone piers to rounded tops and small urn finials. A modest
building but a good unit in a group with The Moat House (qv) adjoining and the
Castle (qv) opposite.
