Dwelling, attached to Birchfield House (qv). Late C18. Rendered and ashlared, Welsh slate roof, gable stacks. A plain block set against the gable wall of Birchfield House and with a two windowed addition to right. Two storeys, three windowed twelve pane original sashes, central six panel flush door, part glazed under fanlight. Back has six original twelve windows. With the adjoining Birchfield House this makes a significant architectural statement by the side of a very narrow road.
