Detached House. 1934-35, Tecton and Godfrey Samuel. Mass reinforced concrete. Flat roof. Two storeys, with garage in basement to north-east. Entrance facade with projecting single storey wing to left; entrance to right of this, set with loggia with narrow metal supports, the back wall of which curves forward to the right. Ribbon window to upper storey.

Rear facade of equal importance; six bays, with dining room wing breaking forward slightly to the right; the ground floor almost totally glazed; flat floor with continuous balcony to left, and separate curved fronted balcony to right. Original metal window frames. Metal bar to parapet.

Interior retaining original fitments, including cupboards, fireplace, staircase etc.
