Small house at end of row; adjoins No.53 Church Street (qv).
Early C19 front, possibly on earlier fabric. Painted brick,
tile roof, brick stack.
A narrow 2-storeys and attic 1-windowed front with roof light
above shallow 3-light C20 wood casement and 16-pane sash, both
to half-brick segmental arches; plank door to right, similar
head. Large area of brickwork above first-floor window, brick
dentil eaves, large brick stack to left. At right end of ridge
is a stone ridge tile with remains of a finial. INTERIOR not
inspected. Straight-jointed to No.2 (qv), possibly an infill
building.
