Offices. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed squared
limestone to front, coursed squared limestone rubble with
traces of old limewash to left side and rear wing; Welsh slate
roof; no visible stack. 3-storey 3-window range. First floor
has two 2/2-pane sashes in plain reveals with stone cills, one
similar opening to centre now blocked with boarding; second
floor has 3 similar 2/2-pane sashes. Ground floor has late C19
shopfront with 7-pane window divided by timber mullions,
half-glazed door recessed to centre, panelled pilaster strips
to left and right with carved console brackets flanking frieze
with blind box over. Ashlar plinth; flush quoins to left and
right angles. C20 hanging sign bracket to first floor centre.
Rear wing has scattered fenestration of C19 casements and
sashes to left side. Attached gate pier to left limestone
ashlar approxmiately 2m high with weathered ashlar coping.
