Two town houses, now shop/dwelling. C16 or early C17 with c1800 refronting. Brick with buff headers and internal timber-frame; tile roofs with break to centre, brick stacks to rear wings. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top modillioned brick cornice to No.32 to right. No.32 has segmental-headed entrance with C19 bell pull to left of canted bay window with small-paned glazing; segmental-headed 1st-floor window with 3-light small-paned casement with iron opening casement. No.33 has round-headed entrance with tympanum over C20 plank door, now leading to flat, to left of bow window with frieze and cornice over small-paned glazing; 1st floor has window with sill and cross-casement with small high window to left. Right return has small addition with shop window and some exposed framing: wall post head, tie beam, brace and part of principal. INTERIOR has some chamfered beams and partition wall with infill removed. (Bearman R: Stratford-upon-Avon: A History of its Streets and Buildings: Nelson: 1988-: 51).
