Shop and office. 1840-5. Stuccoed brick; slate roof with brick
cross-axial stack. 3 storeys; 2+3-window range. Part to left
has wide eaves soffit on slender paired brackets; part to
right with entablature over 1st floor and top cornice and
parapet. C20 shop front extends over whole facade, with small
entrance to left end with 6-panel door. Upper floors have
windows with sills, 1st floor has 2 windows to left with
12-pane sashes, with 6-pane sashes to floor above; rest has
windows with 4-pane sashes. Shop continues in rear extension
to High Street. Left part is a continuation of Nos 1 & 2 (qv).
