Farmhouse. c1840. Timber-framed with white weatherboarded front, pebbledashed flanks and gabled low pitched concrete interlocking tile roof. 2 storeys with flat-roofed C20 extension on rear. Pebbledashed stacks at each gable end. EXTERIOR: 3-window range of flush double-hung sash windows with moulded boxes and 2 vertical glazing bars. (Ground floor windows have one glazing bar only in lower half). Central flat porch hood on brackets and C20 entrance door with small glazed panes in upper part. INTERIOR: contemporary internal door architraves, one ledged and braced old door and original staircase with newel.
