Circa 1900 L-shaped building of 1 storey and attic, 1 wide bay each side. Timber
framed of stout members with plaster filling above cill-height plinth of stone
rubble. Tiled roofs have sprocketed eaves and generous overhang; moulded bargeboards
to gable ends. 1 attic oversails on gable and rests on canted bay window with
dentil cornice. In the angle, part of roof of rear wing sweeps down over porch
whose twin elliptical arches are reminiscent of the service doorways in a mediaeval
hall. C17 style balustrade to porch. Simple leaded casement.
