Cottage. C17. Timber framed, underbuilt in C19 brick, whitewashed render infill to exposed frame above, gable end facing the lane, tile hung with some of fishscale pattern. Plain tiled roofs. At right angles to lane, lobby entry plan. Two storeys. Four framed bays, including chimney bay, with bracing on the first floor. Corbelled ridge stack to right of centre. One first floor window to right, two small windows to ground floor. Door to right of centre. Pentice extension to rear. Buttress on right end.
