House. c.1820. Colourwashed brick with rendered ground floor and dressings,
slate roof obscured by rendered parapet. Square plan with wing at angles to
rear right. Two storeys with rendered stacks to left and right on the front.
Plinth below, channelled and rusticated ground floor with paired Doric pilaster
piers to angles on first floor. Simple pilaster piers between bays. Plain
cornice entablature with rounded parapet offset above. Three 12-pane, glazing-
bar sash windows to first floor in architrave surrounds. Casement doors under
transomes to ground floor. Glazed square portico to centre under flat roof
with glazed double inner and outer doors. Right hand return front - Three bays
deep. 12-pane, glazing-bar sash windows to first floor. Wing to right with
dentilled brick eaves. Three first floor sashes, that to right tripartite.
Ground floor window to left. Double doors in fluted Ionic surround to right.
Half-glazed door to centre.
