East aspect. Built Anno Domini 1847 according to the inscription in the gable. By GG Pace of Nottingham, who designed the adjacent church. The same gablet motifs appear on the stone coped gables. Tudor Revival style. The stone flues of the chimneys are decorated with trefoils. Decorative ridge tiles C19, the same as on the church. Wide eaves with iron brackets required to hold the guttering.
