Semi-detached houses. c.1845. Developed by C.H.Hill. Yellow
brick and stucco, roof of slate. Two storeys, each house two
bays wide and divided from its partner by a vertical sunk
panel one brick deep. Principal facade one bay wide, windows
flat-arched with gauged-brick heads, outer bay recessed and
under lower roof with stuccoed porch with antae and simple
entablature, panelled door and overlight; the mouldings on no
58 now gone. Round-arched blank window above. Sashes of
original design to no 60. Enclosed eaves. Party wall expresed
above roof and carrying central stack. Hipped roof.
Single-storey extensions to either side.
