Double-fronted villa. In sloping street approaching Percy
Circus. c.1820, altered C20. Probably by William Chadwell
Mylne, Surveyor for the New River Estate. Stucco over brick
with rusticated ground-floor. Brick end stacks; Welsh-slate
hipped roof with ridge tiles and projecting eaves. Centre-hall
entrance plan. Two storeys; 3-window range with 1-storey
extension to left. Round-arched doorway with reeded jambs and
cornice-head, patterned fanlight and original panelled door
recently removed and replaced with C20 door. 6/6 ground-floor
round-arched sashes set in panelled recess; 4/4 1st floor
sashes with margin lights over raised stucco sill band.
