GV II

Terraced house. c.1804. Yellow stock brick set in Flemish bond
with rusticated stucco ground floor; Welsh-slate mansard roof
with 3 dormers, end-wall stacks. Sidehall entrance plan. Three
storeys with basement and attic; 3 windows each. Steps rise to
entrance: doorway with patterned fanlight and panelled door.
Ground-floor openings in arched recesses linked by impost
bands. Gauged-brick flat arches to upper floor sashes; 1st
floor with cast-iron balconies in antemion and wave pattern.
Parapet.
