Terraced house. c.1820. Multi-coloured stock brick set in
Flemish bond, spare stucco dressings; roof obscured,
party-wall chimney stacks. Side-hall entrance plan. Three
storeys; 2-window range. Steps rise to entrance: gauged-brick
round-arched doorway with panelled door and plain fanlight.
Ground-floor gauged-brick flat arch to 8/8 sash; gauged-brick
flat arches to 1st-floor full-length 6/6 sashes with Gothic
style iron balcony railings; 2nd-floor gauged-brick flat
arches to 8/8 sashes. Stucco band beneath cornice; full-height
stucco pilaster strip to right party wall.
