Semi-detached houses. 1839-41. Yellow brick set in Flemish
bond with stucco dressings, roof to no 29 of Welsh slate, to
no 31 of asbestos slate. Three storeys over half-basement, two
windows each. Basement stuccoed. Flat-arched entrance with
overlight and panelled door of original design. All windows
flat-arched with heads of gauged brick, those to the ground
floor set back under elliptical arches of gauged brick, the
arches linked by a springing-cum-storey band, and having
window-guards; second-floor window in gabled return; boxed
eaves; stack to party wall.
