Detached town house or account house. Early C19. Granite
ashlar with plinth and string course; very shallow segmental
arches; scantle slate hipped roof; brick stack on left;
slightly projecting eaves with cast-iron ogee gutters.
Double-depth plan plus service wing at rear. 2-storeys;
symmetrical 3-window south garden front. Original hornless
sashes with glazing bars; narrow central sash over wall
without doorway. Right-hand return entrance front has
pilastered doorway with moulded hood, right of centre; C20
partly-glazed door; C20 horned copy sashes to bay on right.
Left-hand return has many original sashes. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
