Pair of town houses. Early C19. Elvan ashlar with granite
dressings including plinth, keyed flat arches, rusticated
quoins and sill strings; asbestos slate hipped roof with
deep-projecting eaves; brick stack on the right. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes; large granite lintel over central pair of
doorways separated by slender granite monolith; original
8-panel door on the left, simpler copy on the right. Rear has
central pair of original round-arched stair windows with
fanlight heads. INTERIOR not inspected except to note original
dogleg staircases with stick balusters.
