Town house with later shop. Early C19. Roughly-coursed granite
rubble with granite dressings including lintels; asbestos
slate roof with brick stack on left. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 3-window range. Original 16-pane hornless sashes over
complete mid/late C19 double shop front with panelled end
pilasters with paired consoles with round-arched heads rising
above moulded cornice of moulded entablature with fascia;
9-pane windows flanking central splayed doorway with 2-pane
sidelights; pair of glazed doors and 2-pane overlight. House
doorway on left with original 6-panel door and overlight.
Right of shop front is a small Victorian letterbox set into
the wall. INTERIOR not inspected.
