Pair of small houses in terrace. Mid C19. No.113 (left) is
stuccoed, with mid-floor band and giant panelled end pilaster;
No.111 has had original stucco removed to reveal local rubble
with granite dressings and shallow segmental arches; moulded
stucco eaves cornice; asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks.
Double-depth plan, mirror-image pair. 2 storeys; 2-window
range with pair of central doorways. Late C19 four-pane horned
sashes; fretted wooden open porches with elliptical-arched
doorways; C20 doors. INTERIORS not inspected.
