GV II

Former barn to Cross View (q.v.), now house. Probably C18,
remodelled in later C19. Coursed squared sandstone (the upper
floor in larger masonry), part pebble-dashed, with stone slate
roof and brick chimneys. Double-depth plan with back
extension. Two storeys and 3 windows; doorway offset right,
with board door and overlight; three 12-pane sashed windows at
ground floor with exposed boxes, and three 4-pane sashes at
1st floor. Gable chimney and ridge chimney. Left gable
pebble-dashed. Forms group with Cross View adjoining to the
right (q.v.).
