House now in use as offices. Early C19. Brick with plain tiled
roof. 3-storeyed, 3 bays with central steep pedimented
doorcase and door with fanlight and panelled reveals. Canted
bay window to right, the other windows all 2-pane sashes with
flat arched gauged brick heads. 2 rear wings with lancet
window to stairs. Gable end stacks. Forms a pair with 12 King
Street (q.v.).
