GV II

House, now in use as offices. Stucco with rusticated basement,
slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays, with central doorway beneath
Tuscan portico and 3-light windows flanking it, one a canted
bay, the other with central pediment. Upper windows are 2-pane
sashes in stuccoed architraves with pedimented heads. High
eaves cornice, gable end stacks. Doorway to passage giving
access to No.18 to left.
