Shops and dwellings, now shops. C17, refronted C19. Painted brick; plain tile roof with old tiles to rear pitch; brick axial stack to rear. 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 2-window range: to right, 10/10 sash in moulded case, to left, C20 casement; brick segmental arches and moulded drip courses; 2 early C20 gable dormers with bracketed and ornamented eaves. To right, C20 shop front, with glazed door and canted plate-glass windows, between panelled pilasters; moulded fascia-board and hood with stop-consoles; to left, C20 shop front. INTERIOR: C17 chamfered ceiling-frame; cast-iron pillar; upper floors retain some timber-framing.
