House, later subdivided into 2, now shops. Late C16 or early
C17 with later alterations. Timber frame with brick infill and
C19 rendered refronting to left half; steep hipped tile roof
with brick stack to rear of ridge. 2-unit plan with cross wing
and small addition to right end. Jettied 1st floor with
exposed timber framing to cross wing (No 111). No 110 ('hall'
range) has boarded shop windows flanking entrance with canopy
over and left end segmental-headed entry; C20 shop front to No
111, with former entrance, now glazed, to small wing to right
end; 1st floor has C20 casement windows, one blind window to
left of cross wing and small square light to end wing. Rear
has projecting cross wing. Interior: No 110 has exposed wall
posts; No 111 has stop-chamfered beams with exposed joists;
roof has heavy collar trusses.
