PLAN: Mirror plan, each unit one room wide with paired central
doorways.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with ground floor recessed behind
first-floor front; symmetrical 2-window front of horned
12-pane sashes. Paired central doorways share same flat stucco
rusticated surround and contain 4-panel doors with vertical

supported on timber posts. The platform is fenced with
original cast-iron railings with ornate fleur-de-lys finials.
