House. Late C18/early C19, with some C19 modernisation. Local
stone rubble with brick dressings, painted on the front; end
stacks with rendered brick chimneyshafts; slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front of replacement
horned 4-pane sashes under low segmental brick arches.
Second-floor windows are a little shorter than those below.
Central front round-headed doorway contains recessed 6-panel
door under fanlight with radial pattern of glazing bars, and
secondary shallow gabled timber hood. Cast-iron footscraper
alongside the doorway. Plain eaves to parallel roof,
gable-ended.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but likely to be of interest.
