House and attached railing. 1790, altered late C20. Painted
brick with stucco basement and ground floor, painted ashlar
dressings and slate roof with single gable stack. Rusticated
basement and ground floor, ground-floor and first-floor sill
bands, dentillated cornice. 3 storeys plus basement; 3-window
range. Three 12-pane sashes with multi keystone lintels, and
above, three 6-pane sashes with similar lintels. Ground floor
has two 12-pane sashes with panelled aprons and to right a
wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and dentillated
pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight. Basement has
two 12-pane sashes. Outside, wrought-iron railing to area and
steps.
