House and attached railing. 1790. Stucco with stone steps and
slate roof with rendered gable stack. Rusticated basement and
ground floor, ground-floor and first-floor lintel bands,
wooden gutter on brackets. 3 storeys plus basement; 2-window
range. Two 12-pane sashes and above, two 6-pane sashes, all
with moulded architraves. Ground floor has two 12-pane sashes
and to right, a wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and
dentillated pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight.
Basement has two 12-pane sashes. Outside, plain wrought-iron
railing to area and steps.
