House, now salon and office, and attached railing. 1790, with
mid C19 alterations. Brick with rendered basement and painted
ashlar dressings, with slate roof with single gable stack.
Ground-floor sill band, dentillated wooden eaves. 3 storeys
plus basement; 2-window range. Windows are plain sashes, those
to ground floor and first floor with multi keystone lintels,
those to the second floor smaller. Ground floor has to right a
wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and dentillated
pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and fanlight. Outside,
plain wrought-iron railing to area and steps.
