House, now offices. c1797, with mid and late C19 alterations.
Brick, with rendered and painted basement and ground floor,
painted ashlar dressings and slate mansard roof with 2 gable
stacks. First floor sill band, slab-coped parapet. Windows
have brick flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement and attics;
3-window range of plain sashes. Above, three 9-pane sashes and
above again, segment-headed dormer with triple plain sash.
Below, to right, late C19 stone doorcase with granite
pilasters and cornice on fluted scroll brackets. Fielded
6-panel door with triple round-headed overlight. Faience tiled
hallway. To left, 2 plain sashes. Basement openings blocked.
